In terms of configuration, the 'rate-limit' statement is included in the scheduler definition at the [edit class-of-service schedulers &lt;scheduler-name> transmit-rate &lt;rate> | percent &lt;percentage>] hierarchy level. The scheduler is included in the scheduler map applied to the interface.
