- **Description**: The vccpdf process could not allocate memory. The vccpdf process tried to continue functioning, but the lack of memory usually causes the process to fail. An administrator needs to restart it at some point.

- **Cause**: No additional memory is available. Either system resources are exhausted or a software error occurred (such as a memory leak).
