CLI enhancements to support J-Web in application identification

The show services application-identification command is enhanced to display application and application group details in J-Web. The show services application-identification application command includes the new risk option and the show services application-identification entries command is enhanced with the new category-list and subcategory-list options. These options support and improve the J-Web search mechanism.
