GTP IE removal

The number of network elements in a mobile network is expanding with the introduction of multiple releases of 3GPP specifications. Every release introduces newer IEs that are not defined in the prior releases. However, newer IEs that will be introduced in the future releases might also cause inter-operability problems. Each information element has a unique ID, the IE number.
