GTP: Filtering/masking ULI IE message parameters

We've introduced the mask-uli configuration statement. You can use this statement to configure a GPRS tunneling protocol (GTP) profile that masks the User Location Information (ULI) element in GTPv1 and GTPv2. You can also control the mask value for the ULI, which can range from 1 through 65,535 (in hexadecimal, 00 01 to FF FF). The GTP profile is attached to a policy to meet the necessary conditions for masking the ULI, as determined by the operator.
