Validate IP address in GTP messages to prevent security threats

We've aligned with the GSMA FS.20 standards, which enables you to configure IP addresses in an IP group list. You can prevent a variety of attacks by validating the IP addresses of incoming and outgoing packets in GTP messages against the IP addresses configured in the IP group list.
