Configure client information to connect to the JIMS server

You can configure client information in devices to connect to the Juniper Identity Management Service (JIMS) server. After you configure client information in your device and bring up the JIMS server to an operational state, you can perform the following operations: 

•  You can search for the interface address in the default routing table. 
•  You can obtain the interface address and routing instance from the interface name. 
•  You can obtain the routing information from the routing instance name. 
•  You can search for the source address and routing instance in the default routing table of the defined source address. 
• You cannot configure the source address and interface address as well as the routing instance and interface address simultaneously.
