PIC Resiliency: Configuring chassis temperature thresholds

The chassis [fpc|sib|cb] statement is supported to define the thresholds at which the fans change speeds, the system is shut down, or an alarm is sent. The chassis [fpc|sib|cb] threshold action to take configuration statement is configured at the [edit] hierarchy level.
