Disabling fabric grant bypass mode for better performance

Fabric grant bypass mode is enabled, by default, for all MPCs on Devices. Disabling fabric grant bypass mode controls congestion and thus improves system behavior and performance. You can disable fabric grant bypass mode on Devices by including the disable-grant-bypass configuration statement at the [edit chassis fabric] hierarchy level.
