Junos node slicing: Error recovery, fault handling, and resiliency

Specified line cards support detecting errors, reporting them through alarms, and triggering resultant actions: 

• To view application-level errors, use the show trace node fpc application fab spoked-pfe-redbull command. 
• To view the status of the card, use the show chassis fpc pic-status command. 
• To view the fault details, use the show chassis errors active command.
• To view alarm details, use the show system alarm command.
