In-chassis Junos node slicing: CoS, port mirroring, tunnel services, and firewall filters

In-chassis Junos node slicing supports class of service, port mirroring, tunnel services, and firewall filters. Note that abstracted fabric interfaces support only the low and high priority fabric queues. Abstracted fabric interfaces do not support the shared-bandwidth-policer and the bandwidth-percent policer.
