In-chassis Junos node slicing: Upgrade JDM to support WRL 9-based VM host

You can upgrade the Juniper Device Manager (JDM) to support Wind River Linux 9 (WRL 9)-based VM host for in-chassis Junos node slicing. The upgrade does not require any change to the configuration of the existing guest network functions (GNFs) in JDM, although you must stop the GNFs and JDM before upgrading it. The JDM software version supports both WRL 6-based and WRL 9-based VM host software versions.
