IEEE 802.1p Classification and Rewrite rules for the L2 bridging interface

More Information:

IEEE 802.1p Classification and Rewrite rules for the L2 bridging interface

Use this feature to assign class of service (CoS) to the incoming packets at the ethernet-switching family interface based on the IEEE 802.1p bit value in the packet's Layer 2 header. Classification is based on default classification rules or customer classification rules defined through configuration under the class-of-service hierarchy. The feature also allows you to change 802.1p code point bits at the egress interface before the packet is forwarded by the interface.
