Port mirroring: Local: IPv4 and IPv6 traffic (run-length)

This feature enables local port mirroring for IPv4 and IPv6 traffic using the run-length option. You can duplicate consecutive packets entering or exiting an interface and send them to a local analyzer port for inspection. By configuring a run-length value, you can capture a burst of adjacent packets immediately following an initial sampled packet, enabling detailed traffic analysis without disrupting normal packet forwarding.
