Port mirroring: Local: 'any', CCC, L2, and MPLS traffic (run-length)

This feature enables you to use the run-length statement to configure the number of consecutive samples collected after each trigger for local port mirroring. Supported traffic types include 'any', CCC, Layer 2, and MPLS. CCC, Layer 2, and MPLS traffic are supported using family 'any'. By combining a sampling rate with run length, you can capture a defined sequence of packets for analysis without mirroring all traffic continuously.
