Graceful Restart: [edit routing-instances] values

The graceful-restart configuration statement is configurable at the level of individual routing instances. This means you can have different values for different instances. For example, you can have a routing instance configured with IGMP snooping and another with PIM snooping and configure a graceful restart timer value at the instance level that is tuned for each instance.
