Graceful teardown for nonpacket GMPLS LSPs

Enables you to gracefully tear down nonpacket generalized MPLS (GMPLS) LSPs. During a graceful teardown of a GMPLS LSP, each node in the network is notified of the impending teardown of the LSP. Once this information has been propagated along the entire LSP path, the actual teardown of the LSP can commence.
