NSR for VRRP

This feature prevents any traffic loss during GRES by preventing state flapping, which supports nonstop active routing (NSR) without introducing any new or VRRP-specific messages. When you issue the show vrrp nsr command, the output displays the state replication information on the backup Routing Engine when nonstop active routing is configured.
