IPv6 support for traceroute with AS number lookup

IPv6 is supported for traceroute with the as-number-lookup option. Traceroute is an application used to display a list of routers between the device and a specified destination host. Traceroute also provides an option to look up the autonomous system (AS) number of each intermediate hop on the path from the host to the destination.
