Mixed-rate aggregated Ethernet bundles

Mixed-rate links is supported on the same aggregated Ethernet interface. This feature supports aggregated Ethernet bundles composed of links with differing line speeds (10G, 40G, and 100G) on the same aggregated Ethernet interface, enabling egress unicast traffic load balancing based upon the egress link rate.
