Family Ethernet-Switching - Core-Facing Interface

This feature adds support to mark an interface under family ethernet-switching as core-facing. With no-local-switching enabled on the bridge domain, the core-facing attribute enables unicast or BUM (broadcast, unknown unicast, and multicast) traffic arriving on customer edge (CE) interfaces to be sent only to core interfaces and vice versa.
