Logical systems: VPN tunnels and tunnel interfaces

This feature enables route-based VPN tunnels in logical systems to secure traffic between a logical system and a remote site across a WAN. Each IPsec tunnel uses a dedicated secure tunnel (st0) interface assigned to a user logical system, providing isolated encrypted connectivity for each logical system. The primary administrator configures the IKE and IPsec security associations and assigns the st0 interface, while the user logical system administrator can configure IP addressing, routing, and security policies to direct traffic through the VPN tunnel.
