Bandwidth management for multicast

You can manage multicast traffic by applying bandwidth admission control where an outgoing interface is added to the forwarding path only if there is still enough bandwidth. To do this, specify the maximum bandwidth for each multicast interface and define the bandwidth used by each multicast flow. Apply the maximum-bandwidth statement to a physical or logical interface at the [edit routing-options multicast] hierarchy level to define the available bandwidth in bits per second for the interface.
