PIM resolve type-length-value (TLV) for multicast in seamless MPLS

Junos OS adds support for RFC 5496, Reverse Path Forwarding (RPF) Vector TLV. With this support, Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM) can be used in environments where the core routers do not maintain external routes, for example in a seamlessMPLS network.
