LDP Authentication Key Chain (RFC 5925)

Use this feature to authenticate an LDP session between peers using keychains, which are required for hitless authentication key rollover. A keychain includes multiple keys. Each key in the keychain has a unique start time. At the next key's start time, a rollover occurs from the current key to the next key, and the next key becomes the current key.Supports VRF instance along with Default Routing instance
