Using IP addresses in an SR-TE LSP segment list

You can use IP addresses (IPv4 or IPv6) for next hops in a segment routing traffic engineering (SR-TE) list of label-switched paths (LSPs). This work extends the support for traffic steering based on a segment routing policy, where the controller can specify a segment routing policy consisting of multiple paths to steer labeled or IP traffic.
