Named Ingress Static LSPs

The named ingress static LSPs feature allows you to configure static LSPs between two specific devices. Static LSPs do not use RSVP for signaling and label allocation; therefore, the outgoing label must be manually specified. You don't need to configure unique names for static LSPs versus dynamic, RSVP-signaled LSPs (a static LSP could have the same name as a dynamic LSP configured on the same device).
