Association of RSVP-TE LSP with transport class

This feature introduces the association of RVSP-TE LSPs with transport classes. Transport classes classify sets of transport tunnels in an intra-AS network based on the traffic engineering characteristics, put the sets in separate transport routing information bases (RIBs), and use these transport RIBs to resolve service routes with the desired SLA and intended fallback.
