P2MP LSP GRES Support

This feature introduces support for graceful Routing Engine switchover (GRES) for point-to-multipoint (P2MP) LSPs at ingress and egress routers. You must configure P2MP LSPs using either static routes or circuit cross-connect (CCC). GRES, in combination with graceful restart, allows the traffic to be forwarded at the Packet Forwarding Engine based on the old state while the control plane recovers.
