RSVP-TS - Node/Link Protection for Static LSPs

MPLS RSVP node-link protection (many-to-one, or facility backup) provides node and link protection for multiple RVSP-TE LSPs traversing a common node or link (common facility). When node-link protection is enabled for multiple RSVP-TE LSPs, bypass LSPs, avoiding downstream nodes and links used by multiple RSVP-TE LSPs, are precomputed and preestablished at each transit hop along these RSVP-TE LSPs. In case of downstream node or link failure on the current LSP path, you provide quick failover by switching traffic to the preestablished bypass LSP.
