Support of install statement for segment routing LSPs

The install destination-prefix statement which is currently supported at the [edit protocols mpls label-switched-path lsp-name and [edit protocols mpls static-label-switched-path lsp-name ingress] hierarchy levels is now also supported at the [edit protocols source-packet-routing source-routing-path lsp-name] hierarchy level for both colored and non-colored static segment routing label-switched paths (LSPs). You can associate one or more prefixes with a segment routing LSP using the install statement. When the LSP is up, all the prefixes are installed as entries into the inte.3 and inet6.3 routing table.
