Shared risk link groups (SRLG)

In MPLS traffic engineering, a shared risk link group (SRLG) is a set of links sharing a common resource, which affects all links in the set if the common resource fails. These links share the same risk of failure and are therefore considered to belong to the same SRLG. This feature includes support for SRLG based on the following RFCs:

• RFC 4203. OSPF Extensions in Support of Generalized Multi-Protocol Label Switching (GMPLS).
• RFC 5307. IS-IS Extensions in Support of Generalized Multi-Protocol Label Switching (GMPLS).
