PRPD BGP API: Program Routes with IPIP Encapsulation

This feature introduces enhancements to programmable rpd (PRPD) BGP APIs that enable you to program BGP routes with IP-over-IP tunnel encapsulation attributes such as tunnel type, remote endpoint address, and color. PRPD BGP APIs are extended to support the Tunnel Encapsulation path attribute with remote endpoint and color as part of IP-in-IP Tunnel Attributes.
