SNMPv3 - HMAC-SHA-2 USM Authentication

Use this feature to configure HMAC-SHA-2 authentication protocols for users of the SNMPv3 user-based security model (USM) based on RFC-7630. The feature enables support for SHA-512, SHA-384, and SHA-512.
