MLPPP support for LNS and PPPoE subscribers

Multilink PPP (MLPPP) support is provided for static and dynamic LNS (L2TP network server) and PPPoE (Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet) terminated and tunneled subscribers running on devices with access-facing MPC slots.
The following features are supported:

• Mixed mode for customers with both MLPPP and single link PPP subscribers
• Fragmentation-maps for both static and dynamic inline service si interfaces
• Coexistence support for member-link IFL and the bundle IFL on different lookup engines
• Link fragmentation and interleaving (LFI) for a single-link bundle
• Fragment reordering optimization
