MAC address validation for Ethernet and IP demux interfaces

Enables the router to validate incoming packets by verifying that their source is a trusted IP and Ethernet media access control (MAC) address. The validation provides additional security when subscribers access billable services, because the router can discard packets that do not meet the validation requirements, such as packets with spoofed addresses. Supports IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.
