PKI: HTTP web proxy support

PKI supports Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) web proxy. HTTP web proxy acts as an intermediary between the client and the server, but neither the server nor the client can detect its presence. You can add web proxy support to the SRX Series devices to configure system-wide HTTP connections to the egress traffic to ensure secure communication with the certificate authority (CA) server.
