Filtering and policing support (packet based) for VPLS

This feature permits users to configure both firewall filters and policers for virtual private LAN service (VPLS). Firewall filters enable to filter packets based on their components and perform an action on packets that match the filter. Policers enable to limit the amount of traffic that passes into or out of an interface.
