Firewall filters: Non-zero DSCP values

The MX Series 16-port 10 Gigabit Ethernet Line Card now supports parity in firewall filtering features supported by other platforms as of JUNOS Release 9.2. The only associated CLI change is that the dscp statement at the [edit firewall family family-name filter filter-name term term-name from] hierarchy level now accepts nonzero DSCP values.
