Firewall filters: Match condition prefix-list for the protocol family VPLS

This match condition is already supported for IPv4 and IPv6 protocol families. To enable the prefix-list firewall filters match condition for VPLS, include the prefix-list prefix-list-name match condition at the [edit firewall family vpls filter filter-name term term-name from] hierarchy level.
