BGP Path Selection - Always Compare MED

This feature always compares multiple exit discriminators (MEDs) whether or not the peer autonomous systems (ASs) of the routes are the same. If you don't include MED comparison in the configuration, only the MEDs of routes that have the same peer ASs are compared.
