BGP SR-TE policy advertisement and error handling

If the SDN controller cannot directly install SR-TE routes on non-Juniper Networks devices, the controller installs the BGP SR-TE policy on the route reflector, which forwards the SR-TE routes to non-Juniper devices. To advertise SR-TE policy to non-Juniper devices, define a BGP policy that includes the family ine-tsrte statement at the [edit policy-options policy-statement term from protocol bgp] hierarchy level. To push an unlabeled IP packet before other labels, include the inet-color-append-explicit-null statement at the [edit protocols source-packet-routing] hierarchy level.
