Export of BGP Adjacency-RIB-Out (pre & post policy) through BMP

BGP Monitoring Protocol (BMP), as specified in RFC 7854, exports BGP routes only from the (conceptual) Adj-RIB-In table, in pre-policy and post-policy forms. Adj-RIB-In provides a view of prefixes received from BGP peers. It does not give any insight into which routes are selected by the router's BGP path selection, which selected routes are advertised to each peer, or how those routes are transformed by export policy for each peer group. This feature enhances BMP to support export from the Adj-RIB-Out table, again in both pre-policy and post-policy forms. You frequently need to monitor Adj-RIB-Out in network operations and also for SDN applications. You typically need Adj-RIB-Out for outgoing route or policy validation and other administrative intents.
