IS-IS: TWAMP Light: Unidirectional link delay measurement parameters

This feature enables you to configure key parameters for TWAMP Light unidirectional link delay measurement on an IS-IS link. You can configure the delay metric used for performance-based path selection, the number of TWAMP Light probe packets sent during each measurement cycle, and the interval between probes. TWAMP Light measurements provide dynamic link-performance data that IS-IS traffic engineering extensions can distribute across the network for latency-aware path-selection decisions.
