IS-IS SPRING Prefix SID

This feature introduces support for IS-IS segment routing prefix segments (SIDs), in addition to node segments, for prefixes that are advertised by the IS-IS protocol through policy configuration. Within a segment routing domain, a segment routing-capable IS-IS node advertises segments for its attached prefixes - prefix SIDs. A prefix SID is an IS-IS segment correlated with an IS-IS prefix. A prefix SID is global (unless explicitly advertised otherwise) within the segment routing domain. Each segment routing-capable IS-IS node might advertise multiple prefix SIDs.
