Multi-Instance IS-IS

This feature introduces support for multiple independent IGP instances. These multiple independent IS-IS IGP instances are associated with the default routing instance, and the routes are installed into the default route table. Each IS-IS instance can export the routes installed in the routing table by other IS-IS instances using the standard routing policy configuration. By default, the routes installed by the different IS-IS instances have the same route preference.
