OSPF SPRING Prefix SID

This feature introduces support for OSPF segment routing prefix segments (SIDs), in addition to node segments, for prefixes that are advertised by the OSPF protocol through policy configuration. Within a segment routing domain, a segment routing-capable OSPF node advertises segments for its attached prefixes - prefix SIDs. A prefix SID is an OSPF segment correlated with an OSPF prefix. A prefix SID is global (unless explicitly advertised otherwise) within the segment routing domain. Each segment routing-capable OSPF node might advertise multiple prefix SIDs.
