OSPF SR-TE mapping client and server advertisements

This feature enables interoperability between LDP and segment routing traffic engineering (SR-TE) domains by supporting both Segment Routing Mapping Server (SRMS) and Segment Routing Mapping Client (SRMC) advertisements in OSPF. The mapping functions allow LDP and segment routing domains to exchange the information needed to maintain connectivity during gradual SR-TE deployment, enabling traffic to traverse networks where LDP-only and segment routing-capable devices coexist.
