Subscriber Services: Concurrent IPoE DHCP & PPPoE logical interfaces on the same VLAN

Use this feature to configure VLAN interfaces with multiple protocol interface stacks at the same time. This means that one can now configure both IPoE DHCP logical interfaces and PPPoE logical interfaces concurrently over the same VLAN interface.
