Active flow monitoring version 9

This feature allows you to perform active flow monitoring on devices that don't support service PICs. To use the feature, you configure one or more port-mirroring instances to sample traffic that you can to a host (such as an MX Series router). The host then generates a record of the sampled traffic using version 9. You can configure as many as 48 port-mirroring instances.
